Dinner with saveonelife
Sam was enjoying the evening. It was quiet, peaceful almost. Part of it he was sure was the company he had currently. They were sharing some food as well as a few drinks. She made him smile and laugh, which just felt so normal. He wasn't concerned with what people might say about him, just focused on having a good night.
Soon the food was gone and the bottle he had ordered would run dry soon.

She appreciated the physical contact and how openly accepting he was with her. He was the only person who'd dare do that and it meant so much to her. She leaned into him a little bit as they walked.
"I can never get enough of you."

He smiled as he walked her back to his quarters and opened the door to let her in ahead of him. Sometimes he preferred the solitude than being around everyone else. Things changed for him when people found out he was a Cylon. People looked at him different, except for her that is.
"Make yourself comfortable."

She smiled as she walked in ahead of him, she slipped her shoes off and settled on the end of his bed, folding her hands in her lap. Jenny still had a lot of coming out of her shell to do so she was letting him lead.
"So, have you thought about what you're going to do now?" she asked. "Now that the war is over?"

He smiled and walked over after kicking off his boots, and sat down beside her before leaning back onto his hands a moment.
"What about you?"
no subject
She shook her head.
"I have no family or friends to turn to. I never really had many talents; I only got pressed into service because I failed out of flight school. So I guess I'll get a small place somewhere and try to find a job."
Jenny really had no idea what she wanted to be. She'd never had to ask that question before. But she looked over at him with a smile.
"It's been a pleasure working with you."
